President of Republic Receives Credentials of Australian Ambassador

The President of the Republic, Mr. Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani, received today at the presidential palace in Nouakchott the credentials of HE Mrs. Gillian Elizabeth Bird, in her capacity as Ambassador Extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Australia to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
After the meeting, the President of the Republic granted an audience to the Australian diplomat in the presence of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Cooperation and Mauritanians Abroad, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Merzoug.
